Suitable for people aged 14 and over in good physical shape, and rear bike seats are available for children up to 4 years old. Make sure to bring enough water and appropriate clothing for the activity and season.

ITINERARY 2: Bike tour from Gioia del Colle to the ravines

Departure from Gioia del Colle by bike for a flat path on the paths of the Apulian countryside. There will be the sight of flora and fauna of our land and fortified farms. Arrived in Laterza and the national park of the ravines, continues our tour cycling close to the ravine observing them closely. Following the ravines the ride continues to Palagianello, a delightful and characteristic village where we will take the train back.
