Along the way there is a stop with tasting at a typical Apulian masseria, a farm that produces food and raises animals. Here you can taste fresh, wholesome products grown in traditional and organic ways and meet the animals that live freely in the surrounding countryside. The tasting begins with a guided tour of the farm, where you can discover the beauty of rural life and meet the animals that live on this farm. Among the cows, pigs, chickens, rabbits and horses, you can breathe in the fresh country air and immerse yourself in rural life. After the visit, the time will come for a tasting session, where you can sample the fresh and genuine products grown on the farm and taste fresh cheese, mozzarella, fresh bread from nearby Altamura, olive oil, local wine and other homemade delicacies from the garden.
