The tour starts from the Gioia del Colle station and the first stop is in the booked location, where we will be able to see the milk paste being worked by hand until we have the Gioia del Colle mozzarella which can be tasted as soon as it is produced. This mozzarella is known worldwide for its superior quality and authentic taste, which comes from the use of fresh milk and techniques handed down from generation to generation. During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to also taste other local dairy products, such as burrata, ricotta and seasoned cheeses typical of the region. After learning the secrets of dairy production, we will venture on an e-bike through the suggestive landscapes close to the Valle d’Itria. This valley, nestled between verdant hills and centuries-old olive groves, is famous for its breathtaking beauty and for its characteristic trulli, the ancient conical-shaped stone houses. During the e-bike ride, we will pass through picturesque landscapes and immerse ourselves in the authentic atmosphere of this region. At the end of the tour in a typical restaurant of Gioia del Colle in the ancient village, participants will be offered a roundup of typical Apulian appetizers and a plate of “orecchiette“ pasta with tomato sauce.  The tour finish to the start point.
