After the ride, all the participants gather in the vineyard for the “Aperitivo Pugliese.” Puglia is famous for its delicious and authentic cuisine, so this moment is a perfect opportunity to taste some of the local culinary specialties. The aperitif could include typical dishes of the Apulian tradition, such as taralli, olives, cheeses, salami, bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and olive oil, and other regional delicacies.
