After enjoying the panoramic view and taking a break to relax, on the way back we will head to a farm. Here we will have the opportunity to participate in a mozzarella workshop and learn how to make traditional mozzarella by hand. We will learn how to cook the milk, separate the curds from the whey, form the mozzarella, and knead the dough to create delicious bocconcini and nodini. This will be a unique experience for us and our senses, where we will experience and taste the culinary delights of Puglia. After the mozzarella workshop and recharging our batteries, we will pick up our ebike and return to Gioia del Colle, enjoying the beautiful views around us. On the way back, we will once again admire the beauty of the Apulian and Lucanian countryside, passing through picturesque villages and hamlets.
